Rules Regulation

Rules are defined as an accepted principle or instruction that states the way things are or should be done and tells you what you are allowed or are not allowed to do. May these quotes inspire you to break the rules of mediocrity so that you may live your dreams.

Important rules of the School

  • 01Students are to address their teachers and all members of staff, teaching and non-teaching with due respect and politeness.
  • 02Students are requested to reach the school premise 10 minutes before the first bell and must be left at the gate and picked up from the gate by their escorts.
  • 03All books for private reading must be approved by the period or as and when is permitted by the teacher.
  • 04Students are solely responsible for the safe custody of their books, notebooks and other belonging; each article must be marked by student's name.
  • 05Any damage done to the school property or to the of other students will have to be made good. The principal will decide the amount of fine depending upon the extent of damage to the property.
  • 06Every student attending school is obliged to take part in drill, games and the other school activities.
  • 07Every student is expected to contribute toward the cleanliness of his/her classroom and must use dustbin kept for the purpose.
  • 08During the absence of a teacher from the class student must obey the monitor appointed t maintain good order.
  • 08The school diary is to be kept neat and tidy and it should be brought to school every day.
  • 10No collection or sale of money of Raffle tickets, for any purpose whatsoever may be, will not be made without the prior sanction of the principal. So also the presentation of gifts to staff members requires prior sanction from the principal.

Attendance

  • No student who has less than 75% attendance to his credit in a particular academic year shall be permitted to appear for the annual examination.

The School Assembly

  • The morning session will begin with the assembly. All students and staff members are expected join this.

Withdrawals

  • 01 Irregular attendance, habitual illness and neglect of home word, disobedience and disrespect to members of the school, staff, bad moral influence or communicable disease harmful to other students will result in removal of the student from the school.
  • 02 Not with standing anything in this Diary the principal may at his absolute discretion may require any parent at any time to take his/her ward out of the school.

Promotion Rules

  • Promotion will be devised on the basis of the whole year's performance and not on the basis of Annual examination marks only. There will be no re-examination whatsoever may be the reason.

Regularity Record

  • 01 Staying away from school without-leave is not allowed except in case of sudden illness or unforeseen circumstances. Student's allowed to go away from school during school hours without a previous-written application from the guardian starting the reason, which must be a serious one. Such reason as birthdays, excursions, time I study for an examination are not considered sufficient, whenever leave has been sanctioned the fact should be recorded in leave record.
  • 02 After an absence from class without prior leave absence must be duly entered in the leave record stating the cause of the absence or delay. Failure to produce this may involve as student to be returned.
  • 03 All are expected to attend the school on the reopening day, after a vacation late arrival will be required to pay fine. They should attend school till the end of the term unless permission to leave early is granted by the principal.

Admission

  • 01 The student should fill the following minimum age requirement for granting admission. a. Nursery 3 and half years. b. Jr. KG-4 and half years. c. Sr.KG-5 and half years.
  • 02 New candidates must be introduced personally with their parents, or guardians who will be responsible to the principal for the candidate's conduct, payment of fee and other contribution, if any.
  • 03 The final decision with regard to admission rests with the principal. Recommendation is not considered.
  • 04 The school authorities reserve the right to refuse admission without assigning reason.

Examination

  • 01 The students are expected to come well prepared for all examination and tests. On no account the use of unfair means in examination will be conducted.
  • 02 Absence during examination will be viewed seriously and will affect the promotion of the student.
  • 03 Progress report will be issued to the parents after each assessment and parents are requested to meet the student's counselor to discuss remedial measures, if the students have not reached pass level.
  • 04 The percentage marks in each subject will be minimum 40%.
